Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robotic vacuum cleaners and mops are the best way to quickly clean up messes. The top robot vacuums and mops I tested had great navigation and mapping. They picked up Cheerios and fake dog turds as well as tangled wires.
They're also simple to use with an application that lets you plan cleaning tasks and see what they're working on.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum combo. It has the latest features. This high-end model is incredibly quick and agile, picking up debris like human hair and pet hair with a near perfect accuracy in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking app interface with a miniature map of your home and a few on-screen buttons to allow manual control.
Another notable characteristic of the S8 is its ability to alter its cleaning mode in accordance with dirt levels, thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will pause and wash its mopping pad more often when it encounters dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.

It comes with a range of other features that are smart as well, including a different dock that connects to your home plumbing to clean and wash the mop roller, without having refilling it manually. You can even make use of voice commands using the S8's built-in voice assistant, saying "Hey Rocky" to specify rooms cleaning, modes and granular control options with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-off robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities The Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile options. It's one of the combinator robot vacuums that include mopping features that are also offered at a lower price than other models.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This involves establishing an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. After that, however, the robot can start mopping and vacuuming with ease.
It's worth noting that the mapping process takes quite a while, and it may require a few attempts before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate image of your space. The object detection feature is hit-and-miss. It was able to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles, however, it got stuck on a rug with tassels, and needed to turn to get it out of the way. These are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those who need an appliance that can do it all.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete offers a three-in-1 home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubbing. This means that floors are cleaned, not just being swept. The vacuum stick that can be detached is a game changer that can get to places a robot vacuum cannot.
The model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with a slightly higher suction power of 8700Pa and other smart features. The RGBD sensor upgrade is able to learn your home's surroundings and provide dynamic obstacles avoidance. The smart app lets you customize a variety of settings, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging station at the end of each job to clean their pads and empty the dust bins and put the debris in a self sealing bag. This keeps the system tidy and also stops allergens from circulating. Its battery life is sufficient to remove large areas without the need for a charge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more top-quality robot vacuums and mop models that are available, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power, a rotating brush for hard and carpet floors and an excellent obstacle-avoiding. It also features an innovative mopping system which utilizes a continuous roller doused with water to pull up dirt and deposit it in the dirty water tank.
Its navigation technology performed well in navigating close to walls without falling and staying clear of stairs. It was unable to handle fine debris and didn't always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also high, so this model might not be as easy to set and forget as others.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, comes with docking systems that allow it to replenish its clean water, empty the dustbin as well as wash and dry the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes upkeep easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on regular schedules. You can control all of its functions using the Eufy app. It provides a clear overview and plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums available on the market. It delivers impressive vacuuming and mopping results. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can detect furniture legs and other obstacles with good precision, and the application lets users fine-tune the map coverage, create no-go zones, and modify cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush was designed to stop hair from wrapping itself around it. This can be a major problem with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that rotate at 180 RPM while applying up to 12N downward pressure. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, which lifts these pads upward when they're close to soft surfaces to avoid contaminating the carpet.
The docking station acts as an unmanned maintenance center that automatically washes and dry the mops, then refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station also features integrated dust processing that compacts dust for seven weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike traditional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins each time they need to be cleaned.
6. S10
This robot is only a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does a fantastic job of keeping my home office clean. It is also able to reach all corners of my tiny apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to build an outline of your home which allows it to know where not to go. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that will stay clear of things like toys and dog bowls (but not the poop) unlike other vacuums.
It has other great highlights, such as an automatic emptying dust bin and a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can reach areas other mops miss. cheap robot vacuum cleaner can also alter the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.
Like the S8 model, it comes with multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It can also skip mopping rooms that are not filthy if you're trying to save time. If you have a variety of flooring options in your home and don't want to spend more money on a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities, this is a great option.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this little robot is an excellent option. It comes with a variety of features, including the ability to empty the dustbin on its own, an additional water refill dock, and adjustable settings within the app. It's quite quiet and can maneuver around furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It's not able to pick up tangled rug tassels up and its battery drains more quickly than other models we tested.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerful unit that comes with powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek design. It didn't do as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests as the more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra, but it still performed very well overall. It comes with a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the quiet mode with low power for light debris to the powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It also has the capability to automatically remove and reattach mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for people who live in small spaces. It's very quiet and fast and does a good job of navigating tight spots. It also does a very good job of removing pet hair out of carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a good amount of suction power, and it's possible to take a picture of each object it picks up (i.e., chew toys or socks) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they won't be taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are encrypted and not tied to you account.
It's great at vacuuming, but it's not so well in mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped onto the bot's bottom and drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal that have water reservoirs and automatically wash and reattach their mophead.
